Great pub and restaurant

I've been to the Swan on countless occasions over the years and have always considered it a lovely pub with attentive staff. The food was a bit hit and miss under the previous owners, but has been consistently excellent under the new management - although I would say that some of the portions could be a bit stingy. The last time I visited I had fish with roasted vegetables - the fish was delicious, but there were nowhere near enough vegetables. If I hadn't had the dessert, I would have left the pub still feeling a bit peckish. Bump up the portion sizes just a little, and the Swan will be perfect.
