With Boswell Coffee at the front of Kings Chase and Wetherspoon close to to the area maybe there's room for one more relaxing coffee house in the area.. maybe a Costa Coffee franchise?

I believe Argos are no longer looking at Kingswood to move into. As you said ideal for the car park, not sure it's good necessary for shoppers. I say this as it's slightly off the main high street and as you know not many go out of their back and forward to the shops. Just got to look at that wedding shop adjacent to this building. That place has been a cheap book shop about 3 lease/estate agents in about 10 years so I can see the old TSB is still shut.
