Stephen Cooper left the care home at 5.30am on Saturday 1 December. Stephen suffers from Huntingdon's disease and is depressed due to his illness. The disease makes him appear as if he is drunk because he staggers and his speech is also affected.
This image was captured on CCTV shortly after Stephen went missing. He is wearing spectacles, a dark green/blue coloured waist length fabric coat, with possibly a zip-up grey fleece beneath.
He is 5ft 2ins and has a cut to his forehead with a white dressing on it .
Police say that there is the possibility he has got on a train and gone to London but this cannot be confirmed.
Anyone able to assist is asked to contact Trinity Road Police Station on the force number 101.
