Residents invited to have coffee with Kingswood's new MP Chris Skidmore

Chris Skidmore, the new MP for Kingswood, has organised a series of meetings across his constituency so that local people can come and meet him over a cup of tea or coffee and discuss issues that matter to them.

He has organised a meeting in each area across the constituency, so that as many people as possible are able to attend.

He said: "I wanted to make sure that local people feel that I am here for them, and I'd really like to meet as many constituents as possible, introduce myself and explain how I plan to make a difference to the local area, but also to listen and hear local residents' problems and issues and see what I can do to help as the new MP for Kingswood."

The dates for the meetings are:

Friday, June 4:

5pm-6.30pm: Longwell Green Community Centre

7pm-8.30pm: Cadbury Heath Youth Centre

 

Friday, June 11:

5pm-6.30pm:  St James Church Hall, Mangotsfield

7pm-8.30pm: Emersons Green Village Hall

 

Friday, June 18:

5pm-6.30pm: Hanham Community Centre

7pm-8.30pm: The Park Centre, High Street, Kingswood

 

Friday, June 25:

5pm-6.30pm St Anne's Church Hall, Oldland Common

7pm-8.30pm North Common Village Hall, Millers Drive

 

Friday, July 2:

5pm-6.30pm: Warmley Community Centre

7pm-8.30pm: St Mary's Church Hall, Bitton
