The Hanham Players are gearing up for their spring production - Rock n Roll Diner - which takes to the stage next week.
A spokesman for the Players said: "Following the success of last year's Supper Club Cabaret we are continuing with the same popular format. We will be transporting you back to the '50's and '60s to a traditional American diner, where you will experience the music and dining recipes from that era.
"See and hear hits of Elvis, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, The Supremes and The Drifters to name but a few, with songs such as Jailhouse Rock, C'mon Everybody, Da Doo Ron Ron, Rock Around The Clock, Heartbeat, Can't Hurry Love, Save The Last Dance For Me, and Stand By Me."
Supper will be served between the acts. The show opens on Wednesday, May 11 with further performances on Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14 at 7.30pm.
Tickets, which are priced from £7.50, have been selling well with more than 90 per cent gone for the Friday night show and 80 per cent sold for Saturday's show.
