Comedy nights return to the Bar Celona opposite the Natwest bank in Kingswood. For just £5 you get to see up to 6 comedy act's, ranging from newcomers on the circuit to seasoned professionals, and even TV celebrities trying out there new material.
Plus, your £5 includes entry into the disco that commences after the comedy has concluded!
So if you want to enjoy a cheap evening of entertainment just up the road, then visit the Bar Celona comedy club this Sunday. Arrive early to avoid disappointment!!!!

And for those of you who want to know: This comedy club has been running for the last six months in Kingswood. There is a small dedicated following that support the venture and we have been lucky enough to see some acts that have performed at big comedy venues and even TV stars and Soapstar celebrities. Every week we get up to 6 acts that are both paid and unpaid and you get a varying mixture of comedy styles with new and old acts using the venue to try out there new material.
We need more people to come and support the comedy though. We used to have a midweek comedy event, but due to falling attendance/sporting events, etc we have moved it to Sunday night where it might re-ignite some interest in the Kingswood community.
Apart from the Am-Dram and the social clubs there is not much for people to do in the area; especially when it comes to entertainment, and the Bar Celona comedy club would be sorely missed if it had to shut down due to lack of interest.
So if you are normally out and about in Kingswood on a Sunday evening...then give us a try for £5......7pm till 9:30pm
