A man has been charged with burglary at a pub in Emersons Green in which cash was stolen.

Police arrested a man on Tuesday (October 23) in connection with the break-in on October 17.

A 32-year-old man from Fishponds has been charged with burglary, going equipped for theft and possession of cannabis.

He was released on police bail with an overnight curfew pending his appearance before Northavon Magistrates in November.
