My black bin has been emptied! That's made my day!

My black bin was scheduled to be emptied today,and, guess what,       it was.
I'm still leaving the green bin out , just in case, but in realityI don't expect it to be dealt  with before the due day next week.

My black bin was emptied last week and I expected the green one to be done this week. Oh,no, they did the black one again and I hadn't put it out!
My fault though, I should have relied on the docket which ,attached to the bin handle before Xmas, gave the collection dates. Black bins WERE scheduled for this week because everything should be back to normal from Jan 25th.
Another trip to the tip then.

This week whichever bin was scheduled to be emptied should have been (if it was left out).
If it was left out and not collected on the scheduled day then you should contact the Council's streetcare number and ask them why not.
