Employers who flout minimum wage laws to be 'named and shamed'

Employers who fail to pay the National Minimum Wage to their staff will be 'named and shamed', under new rules coming into effect from October.
Under the National Minimum Wage regulations, employers must pay their employees a minimum amount per hour, as defined by law.
The main adult rate of the national minimum wage is £6.19 an hour for those aged 21 and over, and this will rise to £6.31 an hour from 1 October 2013.
