A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car on Whitehall Road this morning (January 7).

Motorcyclist killed after collision on Whitehall Road, Bristol this morning.
The crash happened at about 7.15am on the B4466 Whitehall Road at the junction with Brook Road.
A motorcyclist was travelling outbound along Whitehall Road and collided with a car at a mini roundabout travelling in the opposite direction along Brook Road towards Whitehall Road.
The rider received treatment at the scene and was taken to Frenchay Hospital but died later.
Collision investigators believe there were a number of people in the area at the time of the incident that could have information to help their investigation.

Update: Police have confirmed that the motorcyclist was a 25-year-old man.

ReportIt's frightening the amount of traffic accidents and casualties you read about on Bristol roads nowadays.

ReportI was stuck in the traffic this morning on route from Kingswood as there was also lights out in Redfield.
I knew it must have been bad but was not aware how bad until I read this article.
Rest in Peace and hope everything is resolved quickly for the families sake.
