Police are appealing for information about a robbery in which a 17-year-old was punched in the face as he was walking with his girlfriend in Kingswood.
The incident occurred at 9.40pm on Saturday, November 5. The couple were walking in Sherborne Close, heading towards Barrington Close, when two men came up to them. The first man punched the 17-year-old in the face and stole his mobile phone and iPod.
He then punched the victim in the face again before both men ran off. Police have revealed that one was heard to shout 'BS16' as they fled in the direction of Pound Road. The robbery took place in the BS15 postcode area.
A police spokesman said: "We would like to hear from anyone with information which could help identify the suspects. The first is described as white, aged 16 to 19 and 5ft 6in tall, wearing a dark hooded top and dark jeans. He had a black scarf with white detail around his face.
"The second suspect is described as slightly taller and of medium build."
Anyone who recognises the descriptions of the suspects or has other information which could help is asked to contact Avon & Somerset Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Becky, sounds like a rival gang. Not saying the victim was in a gang but looks like the, 'BS16 gang' wanted to get their name in the paper. If you take a wonder around Kingswood you see enough signs of BS15 sprayed on walls. There's quite a few in Southey Park.
