Kingswood RFC Earn First Ever RFU Accreditation

We are proud to announce that for the first time in the clubs history, Kingswood RFC can proudly boast that they are an RFU Accredited club.

The Committee have been working hard behind the scenes with our Regional Development Officer, Neil Loader, and it was he that broke the news this morning that the plaque and certificates are winging their way to him from Twickenham.

Kingswood have had to provide evidence on no less than 21 key criteria to show why they should be awarded the Accreditation.

The Club Accreditation scheme is based upon the six Key Drivers identified as crucial to a strong club:

• Retaining & Developing Players
• Recruiting New Players
• Recruiting & Retaining High Quality Coaches
• Volunteers & Referees
• Effective & Efficient Facilities
• Effective & Efficient Management and Governance
• Integration with the Local Community
