Daz's Rock 4 Charity Fundraising event @ The Crown in Staple Hill TODAY

Local musician Darren Sims aka Daz will be at the Crown in Staple Hill later today along with a host of other talented singers that will be entertaining the public with a range of live music from 2pm until 6pm. Live music will continue into the night with a performance from a cracking band called Red Mist.

Daz and The Crowns landlord Ian will also be getting their chest and back waxed all in the aide of raising money for the Bristol Children's Hospital.

This is a free event with plenty going on to help keep you entertained as well as a charity raffle.  But please remember the event is a fund raising event for such a worthwhile cause so please come along and help support the event.

Daz's Rock 4 Charity (Bristol) is taking place at Colston Hall, Bristol. BS1 5AR on Friday 7th October 2011 doors open at 7pm, concert will start just before 7.30. The night will be hosted by Terry The Oddjobman Crouch (who will be giving us Bristolian Lessons!!) The Acts featured will be: Flash Harry, Big Night Out, Beyond Control, Teresa Alexander, Ryan Mills, Loki Saunders, Spectrum BS3 Dancers and special guests.

An after show party will be at ETON, Baldwin Street from after the concert til 4am with another live band, the fantastic "Journey up the Wood" and disco, (Admission for after-show party is £3 on the door) Tickets for the concert are only £10 and profits will be donated to The Bristol Children's Hospital's charity www.aboveandbeyond.org.uk registered charity 229945.
