Christmas Carols in Kingswood 2012

If you like singing Christmas carols or listening to others belt them out then Kingswood has numerous such events for you and your friends and family to attend over the next few weeks.

Here's a selection in the run up to the big day…

This weekend there's a Christmas carol service at Kingsmeadow Community Flat (19 Barrington Close BS15 4QD) at 4pm.

On Sunday 16 December there's the popular Carols by Candlelight service at Kingswood Congregational Church.

Sing your favourite festive songs and hear the Christmas story in the presence of a roaring long fire. The event starts at 6pm.

Two days later on Tuesday 18 December at the same church is a Children's Nativity Service. See local children act out the Christmas story. A warm welcome to everyone – the event starts at 10.30am.

Kingswood Library has a Christmas Rhymetime event for babies or pre-school children on Wednesday 19 December at 10.30am to 11. It's a chance to join in festive action songs and rhymes. For more information call the library on: 01454 868006.

Just three days before Christmas there's carols at Kings Chase Shopping Centre on December 22. This popular event starts at 2pm.
