Boy arrested in Kingwood today after police receive calls about nuisance motorcyclists

A 15-year-old boy was arrested this morning (February 12) following complaints from people living in Kingswood about nuisance motorcyclists.

A police spokesman said: "We were called at about 3.30am and told that two motorbikes were being ridden around the town in an anti-social manner. At 4.10am we stopped a moped. The moped has since been identified as being stolen from Bristol overnight Monday to Tuesday."
A 15-year-old boy was arrested remains in police custody today.

UPDATE from police: "A 15-year-old boy is due before Northavon Magistrates today, charged with theft and motoring offences.
"He faces charges of taking a vehicle without consent, driving not in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance and another count of theft from a shop."
