Following an arson attack at the George and Dragon pub in Church Road, Redfield, police are appealing for witnesses and information.

The crime occurred in the early hours of Monday (14 January 2013) between 12am and 2am.
A police spokesman said: "The offender(s) forced entry to the building and it was burgled. The fire then took hold and has caused extensive damage to the property."
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area is asked to contact 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

I walked though St George the other day and its really gone down hill BIG TIME , its more like Barton hill now, Druggies and scruffy people. I then walked though Lawrence hill, jeez its like another planet down there good job I had my big dog with me for protection especially when it was getting dark!! its like that film I am legend!!
